Hustle Mentality Is Out, Work-Life Balance Is In

Being a hustler was cute and trendy in 2018 but as CEO of Lark, my priorities have evolved into providing the finest service to our clients. “Quality over quantity” is at the core of every project we take on, we value our client’s feeling taken care of and being stress-free every step of the way. We’ve sharpened our skills at transforming tough situations into valuable learning experiences to become a stronger, more efficient team.

As a naturally creative person, it can be difficult to juggle the million ideas that constantly flow through my brain and the everyday challenges that come with running a successful business. What makes the hustle easier to manage is finding the beauty in what I do. Our team always tries to see the glass half full and learn from our past obstacles.

The constant pressure of competing with yourself can be tough and overwhelming. But ultimately our main goal is to provide outstanding service and give each client our undivided attention. And let me tell you, when we achieve that, it's an incredible feeling! Seeing our clients genuinely happy and their events exceeding expectations is what drives us. It's the ultimate reward that fills us with a sense of accomplishment and pure joy. So, despite the challenges, we embrace the journey because the end result is absolutely worth it.
