Hot Pink Pop for Chava

Hi lovely Larkers, It’s been a while since we’ve caught up. We’re working on another exciting recap post (covid edition) that’ll be published very soon but we wanted to share with you all a very special day where we had the opportunity to work with fun pops of color!

This Bat Mitzvah was 5 months before Covid unfortunately really hit small businesses here in the states, however the outdoor backyard party was already in theme for us being we are in Sunny California! It’s been an interesting experience to test our creative abilities and transform outdoor spaces into other magical worlds.

Every event we are a part will always have a place in our heart but this one was special! Chava and her fam are return clients, and we knew that for Chava’s mom, Chana we needed to make sure this one POPPED, or else!!! The pressure was on for the Lark team but as always, we were up for the challenge.

It’s not often we get to incorporate bright colored florals into one of our events but Chana is a lover of bright fun and gorgeous bold colors, so we wanted to use it in ways that would enhance the already beautiful color scheme of the party. We wanted the “WOW!” factor without creating an environment that was too busy for the eye. It’s all about balance, right?

It wouldn’t be a Lark event if the smallest of details weren’t done to perfection- from the invitation matching the dance floor decal, to the adorable ombre donut wall matching the ombre tablecloth, to the gorgeous chairs! The tasteful color coordination was never ending for Chava.

Of course the guests couldn’t walk away without a personalized hot pink tote bag with their own name spray painted on it. The key to keeping guests happy is always a thoughtful gift they can take home with them.

We saved the best for last- that dance floor is nothing short of stunning. Have you ever seen someone coordinate their outfit to their dance floor?
